The shipping rates quoted on our website are for domestic shipments to the lower 48 states only. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii will likely be higher, so please contact us before ordering if shipping to either of these states. International shipping is available on select items. Please contact us for a shipping quote for any order outside the United States. If an international order is placed without first contacting us we will send an email including the additional shipping cost along with the option to proceed or cancel the order.

Shop with us RISK FREE. We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your sign or canvas, we will offer a replacement or a full refund minus shipping fees. This type of guarantee is unheard of with personalized products, but is just a measure of how much we believe in the quality of everything we produce. Please Note: This guarantee will NOT cover any item that is produced with a customer submitted error. For example, if you submit an order with an error, such as an incorrect date, grammar error, or misspelling, we will not be responsible. Of course, if the error is our mistake, your order will be replaced immediately at no charge.
If applicable to the item purchased, a digital proof will be sent to the email address provided to us during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to approve this proof in a timely manner. Typically, if no approval is received within 4-5 days, your order will be sent to production without approval and the sale considered final. Occasionally, our emails with attached proof will end up in a junk/spam folder - if you have not received your proof in the stated time frame, please check your spam folder.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return a product for any reason, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. A replacement, refund, or store credit will be offered on all returns. Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of our notification of a problem. Refunds will be credited at the original purchase price minus shipping fees. If you opt for an exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping fees and any price difference in products if applicable.
If the product is being returned due to an error or defect on our part and you opt for a refund, you will be credited the full purchase price including shipping fees. In the case that a replacement product is requested, it will be sent to production immediately and shipped as quickly as possible.
Most signs and canvas prints will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground service which typically has a 1-5 day transit time. Please refer to the color coded map below to check the transit time to your area. Smaller items may be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail, with varying delivery times. You will receive an email containing tracking information after your order ships.
